Lawsuits and litigation; sometimes your best choice is to go to court.
When reason fails, it’s time to go to court. I have experience in a wide range of cases—from real estate transactions to financial exploitation of the elderly. I have trial experience in state and federal court. Unlike many bankruptcy attorneys, I have exerience defending debtors in federal adversary proceedings—a unique and potentially complex form of litigation that crosses federal and state law.
In the vast majority of cases, I have been able to keep my clients out of court by either negotiating a settlement or getting the attacking case dismissed. I will, though, accept select plaintiffs’ cases aimed at going to trial.
